The Hydromette UNI 1 is also available as a setThe UNI 1 is an electronic and universal triple measuring instrument to which a wide range of active electrodes can be connected. In this context, the measuring ranges building moisture, air humidity and temperature can be measured.

The following active electrodes can be connected:
- B 50, B 60 and LB 71 for non-destructive moisture measurement and indication in ceilings, walls, floors and other building materials
- Infrared surface temperature sensor IR 40 EL, #31003150for measuring surface temperature, thermal bridges and dew point temperature
- Active electrode RF-T 28 EL, ##31003155, Active electrode RH-T 37 EL 320, #31003141 and Active electrode RH-T 37 EL flex 250, #31003142 for air humidity and air temperature measurement and all our Pt 100 temperature sensors
The measuring device is particularly suitable for air-conditioning technicians, water damage specialists, insurance companies and as a supplement to a wood moisture measuring device.

Building moisture:for capacitive measurements: (*)
- 0 - 199 digits (scan range)
- 0.3 - 8.5 wt.% or 0.3 - 6.5 CM-% with B 50, B 60 and LB 70
- 2 - 8 wt.% with MB 35 on concrete surfaces
when measuring the rel. humidity in the borehole: (*)
- 5 - 98 % r.h. resp.
- 0.2 - 3.7 % by weight with RH-T 37 EL and RH-T 37 EL flex
Wood moisture content:
- 40 - 200 % (atro) with MH 34 on softwood.
- 5 - 98 % r.h. with RF-T 28, RH-T 37 EL and RH-T 37 EL flex
- -200 - +600 °C depending on Pt 100 temperature sensor.
- -20 - +199.9 °C with IR 40 EL
