Gann Hydromette BL UNI 11, #30011440
-> The Hydromette BL UNI 11 is also available as a set, please click here (Gann Hydromette BL Uni 11 - Set)! The BL UNI 11 is an electronic and universal triple measuring instrument to which a wide range of electrodes of the blue series and TF sticks can be connected. Electrodes and TF sticks can be connected for the application areas of building moisture, humidity and temperature.
The BL UNI 11 has auto-sensor technology, in which the Hydromette automatically recognises the connected electrode / TF stick and adapts the measured value display to the respective sensor type. As soon as a TF-Stick is connected (either directly or with the connecting cable MK 18) and an active electrode (e.g. B 55 BL), the measured values of the stick are always displayed.
The connection of the following BL electrodes and TF sticks is possible:
- Capacitive building moisture electrode B 55 BL, #31013755 for non-destructive moisture measurement and indication in ceilings, walls, floors and other building materials.
- Active electrode RF-T 28 EL, ##31003155, Air humidity electrode RH-T 37 BL 160, #31013140 and Active electrode RH-T 37 EL flex 350, #31003143 for air humidity and air temperature measurement
- TF-Stick 16 K-25, #31003262, TF-Stick 16 K-25 M, #31003264 and TF-Stick 16 K-25 P, #31003266 for air humidity and air temperature measurement
- Infrared electrode TF-IR BL, #31013100 for measuring climate (air humidity and temperature), infrared surface temperature (for early detection of possible mould growth) and dew point temperature
- Piercing temperature sensor ET 10 BL, #31013165, Surface temperature sensor OT 100 BL, #31013170, Immersion and flue gas temperature sensor TT 40, #31003180 (Pt 100 sensors) for various temperature measurement tasks, such as measurements in solids, liquids or bulk solids, measurement on surfaces or in hot, dusty air.
The measuring device is particularly suitable for air-conditioning technicians, water damage specialists, insurance companies and as a supplement to a wood moisture measuring device.
In principle, the Hydromette can handle the measuring ranges of the BL electrode connected. Detailed information on the technical data of the individual electrodes can be found on the respective info page. The following ranges can be summarised:
Building moisture:

5 - 98 % r.h. resp. 0.2 to 3.7 wt.-% with RH-T 37 BL and RH-T 37 BL flex
Humidity:
0 to 100 % r.h. with RF-T 28 BL, TF-IR BL, RH-T 37 BL, RH-T 37 BL flex, TF-Stick 16 K-21, TF-Stick 16 K-25, TF-Stick 16 K-25 M and TF-Stick 16 K-25 P.

-20° to +80° C with TF-Stick 16 K-21, TF-Stick 16 K-25, TF-Stick 16 K-25 M and TF-Stick 16 K-25 P
Infrared measuring range:
-40° to +380° C with TF-IR BL
Emission factor adjustable from 20 - 100
(*) = Direct display of humidity values in % depending on the building material.
Features:
- Handy pocket-sized rapid moisture meter for lightning-fast single or serial measurements.
- Simultaneous display of up to three measured values via the 3-line LCD display as well as direct display of the building moisture in % by weight and in CM-%; resolution: 0.1 % or 0.1° C
- Fast measurement of moisture in set building materials due to the capacitive high-frequency measuring method
- High accuracy in temperature measurement due to platinum measuring resistors Pt 100 in 4-wire technology
- Acoustic alarm function when a user-defined limit value is exceeded (with B 55 BL) or automatic interval warning signal for dew-point limit ranges (with TF-IR BL)
- By using several pluggable TF sticks at different measuring points, longer adjustment times can be avoided and readings can be taken quickly one after the other.
- Automatic calibration when the unit is switched on (with B 55 BL)
- Min, max and hold function for the measured values
- Storage of the last 5 measured values
- Automatic instrument switch-off
