Manufacturer article number: PCE-TG 300-P5EE-ICAWith the PCE-TG 300-ICA you can measure the wall thickness of homogeneous materials such as plastics, metals, glasses or resins using ultrasound in a measuring range of 0.65 ... 600 mm. With a maximum resolution of 0.001 mm, even very small differences in wall thicknesses can be measured. In order to obtain an exact measurement, you must first set the correct sonic velocity of the material to be measured in the ultrasonic echo-echo material thickness gauge. With the ultrasonic echo-echo material thickness gauge from PCE Instruments, the sonic velocity can be varied in 1 m/s increments, and multi-point calibration is also possible.
With the P5EE probe offered here, an "echo-echo" and a "plus-echo" measurement is possible.
If you do not know the sonic velocity of the material, you can also determine this with the PCE-TG 300-ICA. Once you have placed the ultrasonic sensor on the workpiece, the sonic velocity of the material is displayed directly on a large LCD color display. Your measured values can be stored in the internal memory and transferred to the optional PC software with USB cable for PCE-TG 300 for evaluation or printed out directly via Bluetooth using a printer.
The functionality of the ultrasonic echo-echo wall thickness gauge is extended by optionally available probes. Probes with 2,5 MHz; 5 MHz and 7 MHz and different diameters are available, so that in addition to homogeneous standard materials, highly attenuating materials such as cast iron or plastic as well as thin-walled components can be measured.

The delivery time with certificate requires approx. 2 to 3 weeks, as the device is tested individually and a personalized certificate is issued.
