Depth measuring electrode pair M 21-100, #31003200
The depth electrode pair M 21-100 has been developed for measuring building moisture, especially for depth measurements in building materials.
The electrode pair can be used with all hydromettes based on the resistance measuring method.
Measurement up to 10 cm depth possible, the sample holes have to be pre-drilled with a drill with 8 mm Ø
The electrodes can be used to create a moisture profile of the material to be measured by taking measurements layer by layer
The indentations on the body of the electrodes, which are placed at intervals of one centimetre, serve as a guide to determine the depth at which the measurement is to be taken.
The insulation on the shaft prevents any unwanted influence of surface moisture on the measurement result.
The electrodes should always be used in pairs and should ideally be inserted into the material to be measured at a distance of approx. 8 - 10 cm from each other.
Contact mass must be used to ensure conductivity between the material to be measured and the tips of the electrodes.
