Scanntronik Hygrofox data logger
Electronic hygrothermograph and data logger from Scanntronik
The Hygrofox is a data logger for temperature and humidity and is used to monitor rooms, especially to investigate the causes of mould infestation. Our advanced measuring device stores up to 4000 measured values - 2000 each for humidity and temperature. Optionally, it can even store up to 64,000 values, which is sufficient for several years depending on the recording interval. The memory works in ring memory mode so that the oldest values are automatically overwritten when the memory is full.
The recording interval can be set flexibly - from one second to 24 hours. This allows you to customise the recording frequency to suit your needs. Even extreme values are recorded without gaps between recording points.
The hygro-thermo sensor is equipped with a detachable cable. You can also connect two additional external sensors. These sensors cover a temperature range from -30°C to 120°C and are available in lengths of up to 15 metres. Differential measurements are also possible - a real plus!
The integrated quartz-accurate clock and calendar ensure that you always have precise time stamps for your measurements. And best of all, the device is powered by standard alkaline micro-batteries, which have a service life of up to 2 years. Your measured values are retained even without batteries.
The resolution for relative humidity is 0.3% RH, while the temperature is recorded with an accuracy of 0.1°C. Typically, the relative humidity accuracy is ±4% (at 30% to 80% and 25°C), and the temperature accuracy is ±1°C.
The response time of the device is a fast 3 minutes.
