The Proceq DY-2 adhesion testers can be used in all areas of tensile adhesion testing. They are user-friendly and lightweight, which makes it possible to work overhead or on walls, and they can store a complete set of data from the test.
There are three different models, which differ in the maximum tensile force.
DY-206
Automatic tensile tester with a maximum tensile force of 6 kN (1349 lbf).
Increased accuracy for low tensile force applications such as testing the bond strength of mortar and plaster
Measuring range: 0.3 to 3.1 MPa (44 to 443 psi)
Tensile force (50 mm test disc): 0.6 to 6 kN (135 to 1349 Ibf)
DY-216
Automatic tensile adhesion tester with a maximum tensile force of 16 kN (3597 lbf).
This is a mid-range instrument suitable for most applications.
Measuring range: 0.81 to 8.1 MPa (118 to 1182 psi)
Tensile force (50 mm test disc): 1.6 to 16 kN (60 to 3597 lbf)
DY-225
Automatic tensile adhesion tester with a maximum tensile force of 25 kN (5620 lbf).
For very high tensile force applications such as testing fibre-reinforced polymers (FRP) applied to concrete structures
Measuring range: 1.3 to 12.7 MPa (185 to 1847 psi)
Tensile force (50 mm test disc): 2.5 to 25 kN (562 to 5620 lbf)
Scope of delivery:
Tensile adhesion tester with battery pack, charger including USB cable, test disc aluminium Ø 50 mm/M10, tension bolt M10, Torx screwdriver, operating instructions, calibration certificate and carrying case.
