The validity of tear-off and adhesive pull tests is decisively determined by the adhesive used. The MC-Quicksolid Toolbox is an application method with the specially developed
MC-Quicksolid adhesive, which is characterised by a short curing time. The MC-Quicksolid Toolbox is used for material testing, damage diagnosis and for in-house and external monitoring of repair measures.
MC-Quicksolid combines the advantages of different adhesives: It has high adhesive tensile strengths with a relatively short curing time and no peeling occurs on substrates containing plastics.
The adhesive is easy to process, can be applied without dripping and is solvent-free.
The MC adhesive set for adhesive tension equipment contains, among other things, a dispensing gun with static mixers, which enables optimum mixing of the two-component adhesive.
