A practical aid for recording defects in the building:
With the "room sheet", the condition of the doors, windows, walls, ceilings, floors, electrical and radiator installations, bathroom and kitchen fittings can be systematically recorded in writing for each room. With the removable marking arrows in fluorescent colour, the defects are easy to find when carrying out repairs. The list of defects can be added to the official building acceptance report.
The list of defects was honoured with second prize in the 'Forms' category at the MfG Award 2009.
