Gann Hydromette BL H 41, # 11101
The Gann BL H 41 is an electronic measuring instrument for determining the moisture content of woods and especially in wood fibre insulation materials according to the resistance measuring principle for precision measurements of sawn timber (up to 180 mm thickness), chipboard and veneers by individual measurements before and after processing. There are six new characteristic curves for wood fibre insulating materials grouped according to raw density (kg/m³) and board production method (wet/dry). In addition, this measuring device also has wood temperature compensation, which adjusts the measured value to the set temperature.
The measuring device is particularly suitable for all those who process or assess wood fibre insulation materials. With our measuring device, control measurements can be carried out on a façade before plastering to ensure that later moisture damage, such as the detachment of the plaster layer or lignin efflorescence (Ligninausblühungen), is avoided.
The BL H 41 sets include specially insulated measuring electrodes that reduce the influence of surface moisture.
Measuring ranges:
Wood moisture: 5 - 40 % (atro),
Wood fibre insulation materials: 4.5 - 45 % (atro)
Temperature compensation: -10 - +40 °C
