The PosiTector 6000 is an electronic hand-held measuring device which, with the appropriate probe (passenden Sonde), measures the thickness of coatings on all metals quickly and accurately in a non-destructive manner. The basic device (PosiTector 6000) is available in a standard and an advanced version. Both versions have a large 2.8" (7.1 cm) diagonal color touchscreen.We have summarized the differences between the individual PosiTectors here:
PosiTector 6000 "Standard":
- Measurement of the total coating thickness
- Storage of 1000 measured values per probe. The measured values can be displayed and downloaded.
PosiTector 200 "Advanced":
- Measurement of the total layer thickness or up to 3 individual layers in a multi-layer system (multi-layer coating)
- Storage of 250,000 measured values in up to 1,000 batches and sub-batches
- Prompted batch mode: create predefined batches with text and image prompts for each measurement on the screen
- Live display of measurement data
- NEW touchscreen keyboard to quickly rename batches, add notes and more
- WiFi technology wirelessly synchronizes with PosiSoft.net and downloads software updates
