DeFelsko PosiTector 200 coating thickness gauge with ultrasonic technology

The PosiTector 200 is a coating thickness gauge with ultrasonic technology. While coating thickness gauges for ferrous and non-ferrous metals measure the coating thickness on the basis of a magnetic field, the PosiTector 200 does not require any metallic substrates. It is therefore ideal for non-destructive coating thickness measurement on wood, concrete, plastic, etc.
Up to 3 layers can be displayed in one graphic (advanced model).
The basic device is the PosiTector and the probe is the PosiTector 200. The basic device can be fitted with additional probes (see accessories). Of course, a different device/probe combination is also possible, just ask us.

The PosiTector 200 is available in standard and advanced versions. These are each available with 3 different probes for different tasks: B-probe, C-probe or D-probe. We have summarized the differences between the individual PosiTectors here:

PosiTector 200 "Standard":

Measurement of the total layer thickness
Storage of 1000 measured values per probe. The measured values can be displayed and downloaded.

PosiTector 200 "Advanced":

Measurement of the total layer thickness or up to 3 individual layers in a multi-layer system (multi-layer coating)
Graphic mode with screen recording for detailed analysis
Storage of 250,000 measured values in up to 1,000 batches and sub-batches
Prompted batch mode: Create predefined batches with text and image prompts for each measurement on the screen.
Live display of measurement data
NEW touchscreen keyboard to quickly rename batches, add notes and more
WiFi technology wirelessly synchronizes with PosiSoft.net and downloads software updates
Bluetooth 4.0 technology for data transfer to a mobile device running the PosiTector app or an optional portable printer
