DeFelsko calibration foils, certified

Certified plastic calibration foils are an economical alternative to coated metal plates. They have a reduced accuracy of ±2 µm. A coating thickness gauge measures the thickness of the calibration film when it is placed over a smooth metal surface (zero plate).
