The PaintCheck is characterised by its simple, fast operation and its very high accuracy! Paint thickness measurements on steel and iron, as well as on non-ferrous metals (e.g. aluminium) are quickly measured. This way, overpaintings and underpaintings can be determined quickly.
2 measuring methods are used: The magnetic and the eddy current method (ISO 2178 and 2360).
The PaintCheck is available in 3 versions: Paintcheck FN, Paintcheck plus F, Paintcheck plus FN. The differences are in the measuring range, please refer to the tab "Technical data".
